1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of REDA AI and govern access to and use of the website and service. Using the website, registering, connecting a social account, or using any REDA feature constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the service.
2. Description of the service
REDA AI is a social-media management platform that may provide social-account connections, media uploads, draft creation, AI-assisted content creation, titles, captions, descriptions, hooks and hashtags, platform-specific adaptation, scheduling and publishing, publishing-status tracking, account-specific timing recommendations, analytics and performance information, workspace and client management, Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account management, TikTok publishing, YouTube channel publishing, and additional features introduced in the future.
Each feature’s availability depends on the user’s plan, account type, country, connected platform, granted permissions, and third-party API and service limitations.
3. Eligibility
The service is intended for businesses, advertising agencies, social-media managers, creators, and professional users. You confirm that you are legally capable of entering an agreement, meet the minimum age stated in the REDA AI Privacy Policy, provide accurate registration information, and are authorized to act for the relevant business, agency, client, or workspace.
4. User accounts and security
REDA AI may require verification of identity, ownership, or authority. REDA AI will never ask you to send a social-network password through a support message.
- Maintain accurate and current account information
- Protect login credentials
- Restrict access to authorized team members
- Accept responsibility for activity through the account or workspace
- Immediately report suspected unauthorized access
5. Workspaces, teams, and clients
Workspace owners and administrators control members, roles, connected accounts, and client assets. A user who adds another person confirms that they are authorized to grant that access.
Workspace owners are responsible for removing access when an employee, contractor, or client relationship ends. Actions performed by authorized workspace members are treated as actions of the workspace.
6. Connecting accounts and social networks
Users may connect supported third-party accounts through official authorization processes. You confirm that you own or are permitted to manage the connected account; have authority to publish for the selected Page, professional account, or channel; will request only access needed for legitimate management; will follow each platform’s rules; and will not connect accounts obtained through deception or unauthorized access.
REDA AI does not receive your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or Google password. Access may stop when a token expires, permission is revoked, an account changes, a platform rejects a request, or a platform modifies its API.
7. Publishing instructions and user responsibility
Before publishing, you are responsible for verifying uploaded media; title, caption, and description; hashtags; links; mentions; selected accounts and Pages; audience and privacy settings; publishing date and time; commercial-content disclosures; copyright and licensing; and compliance with law and platform rules. You remain the publisher and are solely responsible for content submitted through REDA AI.
REDA AI publishes content only following an explicit user instruction, an approved schedule, or an automation configured by an authorized user.
8. Use of artificial intelligence
REDA AI may generate or recommend titles, captions, descriptions, hooks, calls to action, hashtags, content angles, platform-specific adaptations, recommended publishing times, and other content suggestions.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable; may require editing and human review; is not legal, financial, or professional advice; and does not guarantee engagement, reach, sales, or virality. It must be reviewed before publication and may not be used to impersonate, deceive, defame, or infringe rights. You are responsible for approving AI-generated content before it is published.
9. Timing and performance recommendations
Timing recommendations may be based on permitted historical performance data, audience activity, platform, content type, timezone, and previous publishing patterns. Recommendations are estimates, results vary, and platform algorithms may change.
REDA AI does not guarantee any level of reach, engagement, leads, revenue, or followers. You decide whether to publish immediately or schedule content.
10. User content and ownership
Users retain ownership of the content and media they upload. You grant REDA AI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, convert, copy, transmit, and send that content only as necessary to operate the service you request.
This operational license ends when content is deleted or the account is terminated, except for existing backups, legal retention obligations, security records, and content already published to an external platform. REDA AI receives no ownership of your brand, media, or original content merely because it was uploaded.
11. User representations about content
You confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions for images, videos, music, voice recordings, logos, trademarks, personal likenesses, testimonials, client materials, commercial claims, links and offers, and all other submitted content.
You must not upload or publish material that violates copyright, privacy, publicity rights, advertising laws, or platform policies.
12. Prohibited uses
REDA AI may block or suspend prohibited activity.
- Spam or coordinated abusive activity; fake engagement; misleading or fraudulent content; impersonation
- Harassment, threats, or hate; illegal products or services
- Malware, phishing, or credential theft; copyright or trademark infringement
- Unauthorized scraping; circumventing platform restrictions; sharing or selling access tokens
- Reverse engineering, probing, or attacking REDA AI; overloading APIs or bypassing rate limits
- Publishing to accounts without permission; manipulating or concealing required commercial disclosures
- Violating Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, or YouTube policies
13. Facebook groups and profiles
REDA AI supports only Facebook destinations and actions permitted through Meta’s official APIs. REDA AI does not promise automated publishing to personal Facebook profiles. Group-related features may be limited to assisted workflows or functionality approved by Meta.
You must hold all required rights, permissions, and group approvals. REDA AI will not use unofficial login methods, browser automation, or password collection to bypass Meta restrictions.
14. Third-party services
REDA AI depends on services operated by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other authorized service providers. Those services are controlled by their respective providers, and you must also comply with their terms and policies.
REDA AI is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, delayed processing, rejected content, token expiration, account restrictions, platform review decisions, content removal, algorithm changes, suspension by a third-party platform, or feature removal imposed by a platform.
15. Service availability and changes
REDA AI may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. When practical, REDA AI will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid functionality.
16. Plans, payments, and renewals
Billing functionality is not part of the service currently described. Commercial plans and payment terms may be introduced separately in the future; price, billing cycle, taxes, usage limits, renewal, cancellation, and other applicable terms will be presented before a charge is made. These Terms do not currently create an automatic-renewal, free-trial, or refund policy.
17. REDA intellectual property
REDA AI’s software, interface, code, workflow, design, trademarks, documentation, and proprietary technology belong to REDA AI or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create an unauthorized competing derivative from protected REDA AI technology. This clause does not claim ownership of user content.
18. Feedback and suggestions
Users may voluntarily submit suggestions. REDA AI may use general feedback to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the user, but this does not transfer ownership of confidential client content or uploaded media.
19. Privacy and data protection
Personal-data processing is governed by the REDA AI Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict concerning personal-data processing, the Privacy Policy applies to that processing.
20. Suspension and account termination
REDA AI may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, unauthorized access, security risk, fraud or abuse, legal requirement, third-party platform demand, unpaid amounts if billing is active, or conduct that threatens REDA AI, its users, or connected platforms. When appropriate, REDA AI should provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.
You may stop using the service, disconnect accounts, and request account deletion. After termination, drafts and schedules may be deleted or cease operating, connected tokens will be revoked or removed subject to technical constraints, and already-published content remains controlled by the external platform. Legal and security records and backups may be retained as required or permitted by law.
21. Content removal and complaints
REDA AI may remove or block content where required by law, a valid rights complaint, platform policy, security concern, or court order. Copyright, privacy, and misuse complaints may be sent by email. REDA AI may request proof of identity, ownership, or authority before acting.
22. No guarantee of results
Results depend on content quality, audience, budget, timing, platform algorithms, account history, compliance, and external market factors.
REDA AI is a management and automation tool. It does not guarantee approval, publication, reach, impressions, engagement, followers, leads, sales, revenue, ranking, or virality.
23. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that legally cannot be excluded.
REDA AI does not guarantee that every platform request will succeed, every scheduled post will publish at the exact second selected, third-party APIs will remain available, AI output will be accurate, recommendations will improve performance, or the service will always be uninterrupted.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDA AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where legally permitted, including loss caused by platform outages, failed or delayed publishing, removed content, account suspension, lost profits or opportunities, loss of audience or engagement, or unauthorized use caused by your failure to protect credentials.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, and these Terms do not invent a monetary liability cap.
25. Indemnity
Subject to applicable law and to a reasonable extent, you are responsible for claims, losses, and costs arising from content you upload or publish, missing copyrights or permissions, unauthorized account access, violation of law, violation of platform policies, or breach of these Terms.
26. Force majeure
REDA AI is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including service outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, government action, war, natural events, and third-party platform disruptions.
27. Changes to these Terms
REDA AI may update these Terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. Last updated: August 19, 2026. Material changes should be communicated through the application, website, or email where appropriate.
Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
28. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of REDA AI and the relationship between the parties, without limiting mandatory protections available to a user under applicable law. Jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law; this clause does not invent an unverified address, registration number, city, or court district.
29. General provisions
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign rights without consent, subject to applicable law.
These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Headings are for convenience. Notices may be delivered electronically. Provisions intended by their nature to survive, including ownership, responsibility, liability limitations, and dispute provisions, survive termination.
