1. Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how REDA AI collects, uses, retains, and shares information when you use the website, application, workspaces, support services, and connected social-media integrations. It applies to visitors, authorized users, and team members acting within a workspace.

Third-party platforms, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Google/YouTube, also process information under their own privacy policies and terms. REDA AI does not control how those platforms process information outside the service.

2. Service operator and contact

Service and operator: REDA AI. The privacy contact is available at the email address below. This Policy is effective as of August 19, 2026.

  • Preferred language, timezone, and account settings
  • Company or agency name, user role, and workspace membership

Connected social-account information

Depending on the connection and permissions you approve, we may receive:

  • A Facebook user ID used for authentication and Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage
  • Page IDs, names, profile images, and connection status
  • Connected Instagram professional-account IDs and usernames
  • TikTok creator or account information, and YouTube channel IDs and names
  • Granted permissions and scopes, access-token status, and expiration information
  • Connection, disconnection, and authorization events

Content and media

  • Uploaded images and videos, thumbnails, and previews
  • Titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, drafts, and brand preferences
  • Schedules, publishing destinations, and publishing results

Analytics and performance information

Only when the connected platform and granted permissions provide access, we may process views, reach, impressions, engagement, comments, reactions, watch time, publishing time, post status, and other permitted performance metrics.

Technical and security information

  • IP address and browser or device information
  • Timestamps, diagnostic logs, service responses, and errors
  • Security events and audit activity

Support information

We process messages, contact details, and information submitted in a support request. This Policy does not describe payment-information processing because payment functionality is not part of the service currently described.

4. How we receive information

Information may be provided directly by you; received from connected social networks through their official APIs; generated through your use of REDA AI; provided by authorized workspace members; or received from trusted providers that support security, communications, customer support, and service delivery.

5. How we use information

REDA AI does not publish content without an explicit user action, an approved schedule, or an automation previously configured by an authorized user.

  • Create and operate user accounts and workspaces
  • Connect authorized social accounts and display Pages, professional accounts, and channels the user is permitted to manage
  • Upload, schedule, and publish content following an explicit user action
  • Display publishing status and platform errors
  • Produce analytics and personalized publishing-time recommendations
  • Provide AI-assisted content creation
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Provide technical support, diagnostics, and service improvement
  • Comply with legal obligations

6. AI-assisted content creation

REDA AI may process your uploaded media, instructions, brand settings, selected platforms, and permitted performance data to suggest post titles, captions and descriptions, hooks and opening lines, calls to action, hashtags, platform-specific versions, recommended messages and content angles, and recommended publishing times.

Recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee reach, engagement, sales, or virality. You should review and approve content before publication.

Connected social-platform data will not be used to train or generally improve foundation AI models unless the user has provided separate and explicit consent, the use is permitted by the relevant platform policy, and the practice is accurately disclosed.

7. Data-based scheduling recommendations

REDA AI may analyze permitted historical performance data from the customer’s own connected account to identify publishing patterns and recommend days and times.

  • Previous posts with relatively strong performance
  • Account-specific engagement patterns
  • Platform and content type
  • Audience activity and timezone
  • Recent performance trends
Recommendations are based on available data and observed patterns; they do not guarantee a particular outcome or viral distribution.

8. Information received from Meta and Instagram

Meta information may be used only for authorized functionality: logging in and identifying the connecting user; showing Facebook Pages the user is authorized to manage; identifying linked Instagram professional accounts; publishing to an authorized Facebook Page or Instagram professional account; reading permitted publishing status and performance data; and troubleshooting authorized publishing operations.

REDA AI does not publish automatically to a personal Facebook profile. Facebook publishing through REDA is limited to destinations and capabilities supported by Meta’s official APIs and authorized by the user.

9. Information received from TikTok

TikTok information may be used for account connection, creator or account information, media publishing, privacy selections, publishing status, and error diagnostics, subject to the permissions approved by the user.

The user remains responsible for reviewing the content, metadata, audience, and privacy settings before publishing.

10. Information received from Google and YouTube

When a suitable connection is available and authorized, Google or YouTube information may be used to authenticate the user, display authorized YouTube channels, upload and publish authorized content, read publishing status, and display permitted channel or content analytics.

REDA AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not sold; used for personalized advertising; used for credit or lending decisions; or used for surveillance. It is not read by humans except when required for security, legal compliance, support requested by the user, or with the user’s explicit consent.

11. Access tokens and permissions

REDA AI receives access tokens rather than social-account passwords. Tokens are used only for approved features and are protected using appropriate safeguards; they are not shown to other users or on public pages. Access is limited to the permissions granted.

Tokens may expire or be revoked. Disconnecting an account prevents future use of that connection, and users can reconnect when necessary.

12. Information sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as necessary with trusted providers supporting service delivery, security, and communications; authorized social platforms; AI providers actually used to deliver requested features; error monitoring, security, and customer-support providers; authorities where legally required; or a successor in a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable protections.

REDA AI does not sell personal information.

13. Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain authorized integrations, fulfill schedules and publishing jobs, prevent fraud and security incidents, maintain support and audit records, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the information type, processing purpose, and applicable requirements.

Access tokens are retained only while required for the connected service or until disconnection, expiration, or revocation, subject to technical and legal requirements.

14. Deletion, disconnection, and revocation

You can disconnect an account in REDA AI Connections settings; remove REDA from Facebook/Meta app settings; revoke access through the Google Account third-party access page; remove REDA from TikTok authorized applications; submit a REDA data-deletion request; or contact us by email.

Revocation stops future API access but may not automatically delete information that REDA AI is legally required to retain or needs to protect rights and security.

15. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a competent authority. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction and circumstances.

REDA AI may request identity verification before processing a privacy request to protect the account and information.

16. Information security

REDA AI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. Safeguards are proportionate to the nature of the service and information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their login credentials and report suspicious activity.

17. International data transfers

Service providers and connected platforms may process information outside the user’s country. Where required by applicable law, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards and contractual mechanisms.

18. Cookies and similar technologies

REDA AI may use cookies or similar technologies that are essential to operate the service, remember preferences such as language, secure authentication, and maintain a session. Analytics technologies, if enabled, help understand usage and improve service performance.

REDA AI does not describe advertising cookies as part of the current service. Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, it will be activated only through an appropriate consent mechanism.

19. Children

REDA AI is intended for business and professional users aged 18 and older, consistent with the Terms of Service, and is not intended for children.

20. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, law, or our practices. Material updates will be communicated appropriately, and the updated date will appear at the top of this page. Last updated: August 19, 2026.
