Accessibility Statement

REDA’s commitment to an accessible, equal, and convenient experience

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Our commitment

REDA works to enable people with disabilities to use the website and application independently, respectfully, and equally. We invest in the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of accessible interfaces and continue improving them in response to user feedback and professional guidance.

Standards and guidance

The website and application are designed to align, as far as reasonably possible, with Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly in a dynamic service that includes user-generated content and third-party services.

Accessibility measures

The service supports keyboard navigation, visible focus order, labeled forms and actions, semantic heading structure, alternative text for content images, status and error announcements, screen readers, responsive mobile layouts, and complete Hebrew/English RTL and LTR presentation.

Accessibility menu

The persistent accessibility button provides text resizing, high contrast, grayscale, link highlighting, a readable font, motion reduction, and a full reset. Preferences are stored on the device for future visits.

Keyboard use

Use Tab to move forward, Shift+Tab to move backward, Enter or Space to activate controls, and Escape to close panels. A visible focus indicator appears around interactive elements.

Third-party content

Some areas display user-uploaded content or information originating from social networks and external services. Such content may not be fully controlled by REDA. We provide an accessible interface around it and seek to offer a reasonable alternative when contacted.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, newly released components, older documents, or embedded third-party views may not yet be fully accessible. Every report is reviewed and prioritized according to the impact and severity of the barrier.

Accessibility contact

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us what you attempted, the page involved, your device and browser, and any assistive technology used. Contact us through the Support Center; we will review the request and work to provide a response or accessible alternative within a reasonable time.

Continuous improvement

We review interfaces throughout the development lifecycle, remediate barriers, and include accessibility principles in new components. This statement will be updated when material accessibility changes are made.
